Danielle K. Addleman, PA-C (Physician Assistant Certified) is a native of Pendleton. Danielle received her undergraduate degree in General Science at Oregon State University and her masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Oregon Health & Science University. Danielle moved back to Pendleton in September 2013 to start her career as a primary care medical provider at Pendleton Family Medicine. She enjoys managing her own patient panel and has developed expertise in chronic disease management, including Diabetes, Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia, Kidney Disease and Heart Disease. Danielle also performs physicals, medicare wellness visits, well woman exams as well as family planning. When Danielle is not at work, you can find her at the local crossfit gym, at her family’s cabin, or at home spending time with her husband and sons.
