Dixi Esplin, PA-C, grew up on a dairy farm in a small rural community in western Oregon, where she developed a lifelong appreciation for agriculture and the outdoors. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University before completing her Master of Physician Associate Studies at Oregon Health & Science University.
During her clinical training, Dixi discovered a passion for primary care because of the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and provide care throughout every stage of life. She is committed to partnering with patients through preventive care, patient education, healthy lifestyle support, and chronic disease management.
Dixi was drawn to Pendleton for its close-knit community, western culture, and agricultural roots. Outside of medicine, she enjoys hiking, bouldering, sewing, and participating in a variety of sports.
